Healing happens when we are well rooted.
Well Rooted is an integrative, faith-based psychotherapy practice helping women find freedom and flourish.

About Well Rooted
Well Rooted was founded by Dr. Jennifer McWaters, a licensed clinical psychologist and certified integrative mental health professional with over 15 years of experience. Dr. McWaters is passionate about women’s health and guiding others toward lasting healing through a holistic blend of natural approaches and traditional therapy.
Through years of practice, Dr. McWaters discovered that the women who experienced the deepest transformation were those who paired therapy with lifestyle changes—nourishing their bodies, moving regularly, improving sleep, addressing root health concerns, and cultivating meaningful relationships with God and others.
For many, this integrative approach has meant not only greater peace and resilience, but also the ability to reduce or even discontinue reliance on medications under medical guidance.
At Well Rooted, we believe that when your body, soul, and spirit are supported, you can finally experience freedom and flourish in every area of life.
