  • I grew up in Washington State, lived in California for almost 20 years and more recently relocated to beautiful Idaho.

  • I love to cook, bake, garden, and try new healthy restaurants

  • I'm willing to try almost any health gadget or new bio-hacking tool

  • I've traveled all over the world and my favorite place out of the US is Italy

  • I've experienced plenty of health challenges and became passionate about integrative mental health because of my own struggles with anxiety, fear, and health issues
