I am happily married and a mom to a spirited, sweet boy and energetic labradoodle
We experienced many years of infertility before having our son
I grew up in Washington State, lived in California for almost 20 years and more recently relocated to beautiful Idaho.
I love to cook, bake, garden, and try new healthy restaurants
I'm willing to try almost any health gadget or new bio-hacking tool
I've traveled all over the world and my favorite place out of the US is Italy
I've experienced plenty of health challenges and became passionate about integrative mental health because of my own struggles with anxiety, fear, and health issues
I believe it's important to be rooted in community and am actively involved in my town and church home
I geek out over research on health and am an avid reader
I love business and entrepreneurism
